  • I need party supplies on an urgent basis-what is the fastest shipping you have?
    The fastest shipping we can provide is Overnight which takes 2 days. For more details visit our Shipping page.
  • What is your policy on returns?
    Products can be returned if unopened and unused within 30 days of receipt to ensure a credit refund. Please note it takes upto 2 billing cycles for credit to be posted to your credit card. Also some edible and personal care items like candy and cosmetics do not qualify for a refund. Read about our Return policy
  • My son wants a theme party for his birthday bash-can you give me some pointers how to get started?
    We have a whole section on party ideas where you can get access to a ton of party ideas and tips on organizing theme parties. Visit our Party Ideas page and become a MBS Club member.   • How can I change or cancel my order?
    No, we are sorry but that's not possible. Our system is automated and created to process orders at a fast speed. We advise you to check your order carefully while filling in details –review the products you ordered, address details etc. because once an order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled. You can return our products if defective (see our return policy).
  • I am throwing a large birthday party for my son who is turning one- can I get a discount on my order?
    Unfortunately you cannot get a discount on a specific purchase but you can avail of our Hot Deals page and Clearance page to get great deals and offers. Perhaps you could base your selection on the offers here? We also urge you to become a MBS Club Member to get large, exclusive discounts.
  • How do I figure out shipping time?
