We at Mybirthdaysupplies strive to offer you high quality party supplies and hope that you will be pleased with your order. We would request you to carefully inspect your order, once you receive it. If however, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return only an unopened, unused product along with a completed copy of our return form to:

Return unused within 30 days
Please return unopened, unused items within 30 days of receipt to ensure proper credit. If the items are accepted back in unused and original condition, it will take up to two billing cycles for your credit to be posted to your credit card.

Items that don't qualify for a refund
Not all products qualify, for refund e.g edible items like candy, cosmetics, personal care items. Due to the nature of these items all sales are final in these categories.

Also the customer is responsible for shipping. No credit is given for lost return. Packages and non returnable items returned to us, will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account.
