Our Shipping Policy
Once you have ordered your birthday party supplies with us, we want you to sit back and relax. We do not want our beloved customers to lose sleep, or fret over a package not arriving in time for their special event.
Our shipping policy is as follows:
Processing Time (pulling and packing your order) + Shipping Time = Delivery Time
We at Mybirthdaysupplies offer "same day processing". This simply means that any order placed before 12pm Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, usually leaves our warehouse the same business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays observed by UPS and US post office will leave our warehouse the next business day.
We use UPS and offer regular ground shipping, 3 day guaranteed delivery, 2 day guaranteed delivery and overnight express. However, do remember that other than regular ground shipping, other options entail a premium shipping fee. Also shipping times start a day after the processing day.

APO & FPO Addresses
We use USPS for military addresses. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
Similarly we use USPS priority mail for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
